Caitlin Yost, LCSW, LAC candidate is a skilled therapist specializing in working with individuals in their adolescence through adulthood. Caitlin has been a practicing social worker for over 12 years. She utilizes various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, CPT, DBT and ACT to help individuals create more fulfilling and healthy lives. Additionally, Caitlin is pursuing her licensure as an addiction counselor and employs motivational interviewing techniques to engage and work alongside those seeking to address their substance abuse. Caitlin is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for her clients to explore and learn new skills. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé and dog, Laika as well as engaging in yoga, reading and gardening in her free time.
