Alexandra Duffy, PsyD

Dr. Alexandra Duffy is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy and psychological assessment services to individuals of all ages. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD and learning disabilities and enjoys supporting individuals with a wide range of academic and executive functioning issues. 

Dr. Duffy earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the George Washington University. She also earned a Postdoctoral Master of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology from the California School of Professional Psychology, improving her ability to collaborate with psychiatrists and primary care physicians to provide integrative care. Her integrative approach to treatment emphasizes overall wellness, drawing on neuroscience-informed strategies to help improve brain-body regulation and support memory, concentration, motivation, and emotional balance.

In therapy, Dr. Duffy utilizes a warm, interactive, and collaborative approach to develop individualized care plans. She enjoys working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, social anxiety, bipolar disorder, and a wide range of diagnoses. 

Outside of work, Dr. Duffy loves animals and enjoys horseback riding, spending time with her family, and baking gluten-free desserts.
